A feast for the eyes. Excellent presentation, some of the best food ever. A variety outside the normal day to day fair. Dominique is incredible, her cooking is fantastic.

What did you like most about your charter?:
Our crew and the food. Some chefs think that vegetarian cuisine is limiting. Dominque and her sous chef Michel had planned a fantastic meal plan and served up some very interesting, thoughtful and yummy dishes. We never ate the same thing twice and they were very creative with the menu planning (not the usual veggie fair that would be served in most restaurants).
